At Aura Leman, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and labels.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Returns are sent to our warehouse in China. As this is an international return, shipping costs may be significantly higher than for a local return. These costs are borne entirely by the customer. We recommend contacting us first at info@auraleman.com; in many cases, we can offer a suitable solution without requiring you to return the item.
Exclusions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and processed the returned item. No restocking fee will be charged.
