Shipping from China:
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Please take this into account when placing your order. Since delivery is made from a non-EU country, we ship all orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We bear all applicable import VAT and customs duties. The buyer incurs no additional costs upon delivery by the postal or courier service.
Processing Time:
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00) will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time:
Our delivery time is 6–9 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination and any customs delays. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 7–12 business days.
Shipping Options:
We offer free standard shipping within Germany. There are no additional shipping options.
Order Tracking:
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your order. This allows you to easily track your shipment and see when you can expect it.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items at info@auraleman.com for further instructions on returning your order. Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during transit. We recommend that you inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if any issues arise.
